Green Initiative
- To save energy consumption we practice day light saving. Shift timings are adjusted to maximize output during daytime resulting in low power costs.
- Old and inefficient machineries are looked at, assessed and replaced as and when needed.

- Our in-house highly qualified research and development team works relentlessly to develop avant-garde LED lighting Products and other peripheral electronic manufacturing, including Electronic and Industrial design.
- The R&D team has the know-how to understand the customer’s requirement, develop revolutionary designs and translate these proposals into deliverable products.
- Through a systematic approach of design verification, validation and test trials runs of products, cost effective solutions walk hand in hand with aesthetics and improvements in electronics hardware and mechanical designs.
Infrastructure and facilities
- Calcom has a state-of-the-art factory located at Greater Noida, U.P., which is spread over 13,000 square meters with a covered area of 10000 square meters (approx. 100,000 Sq. Ft). We can easily ramp up capacities based on customer long term commitments.
- A fully integrated lighting solutions manufacturer, with an In-House Plastic Injection Moulding Plant, Approbation Lab, Tool Room for making Dies & Moulds, and Wire Wound Components manufacturing.
- In-house capabilities of Mechanical designs, mould designs, PCB lay-outing & Packaging design.
